Order Status & Information
What is the status of my order?
After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you for tracking purposes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking link. You may also check the status of your order at any time in the “Order History” section of your account page on our website.
Can I change my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. To request a change, please contact our support team by submitting a request through the “Contact Us” form.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns provided the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

The return or exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours, except in cases where the wrong item was ordered. If you wish to cancel, please email us within 72 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins and payments cannot be reversed. Please plan accordingly.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and a text notification with your order details. You may track the shipment by clicking the link provided in the email.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the delivery address per your request. For assistance, please contact us through the “Contact Us” form.
